The responsibility belongs to the employer/customer. SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS MYMOOD is not designed to enable employee evaluation, tracking, automated decision-making, profiling, or monitoring. MYMOOD has no mechanism or option that allows anyone but the user and Admin to access the mood responses that are displayed through these surfaces, unless that person purposefully and independently shares that information. MYMOOD does not give employees access to information on other coworkers.
