Intelligent Health Ltd. recently created a mobile app to engage people in activities, and they needed a tool to manage these games and users more effectively. Their main aim was to make the street games planning process centralised and digital, as they relied on multiple and dispersed files beforehand. The client needed to have one source of all information about users and games and be able to manage it easily. Our role We were responsible for creating an administrative web app from scratch. We build a solution that handles thousands of users playing games at the same time. System is serverless and future-proof, but also stable, ultra-secure and scalable. In software development there are no one-fit-all solutions, each time we need to choose the best solution for the particular project. We designed the infrastructure in a way that reflects their business objectives and expectations, focusing primarily on flawlessness and scalability, but keeping the costs at the lowest level possible. Results We developed an admin dashboard and backend from scratch for managing street games, allowing administrators to manage users, groups, and cards. We added new game elements, such as gems, and implemented a map for managing check-in points and monitoring game stats. We integrated an appropriate solution so the users can send surveys and extended the system capabilities to provide third-party’s representatives with access to the BTS system, so now they are able to configure their own games. Privacy and GDPR compliance are ensured through anonymization and role-based access control. We also restructured the AWS hosting setup for better scalability and performance. Currently, we’re working on a comprehensive UI-friendly analytical section where Intelligent Health and its partners can observe game stats. Testimonial (...) Working with them has been a pleasure. 40k app was meant to help people to remember where they've been and share where they want to go. Currently, it’s an MVP that allows users to track which places they’ve visited, which are their favourites and where they would like to go. Client’s goal Deutsche Bildung entrusted us with their project to create a student loan web app. The client's main goal was to boost online loan applications and support student success as they embarked on their careers. Initially, the client had an unintuitive form for loan-taking that failed to generate significant interest. To improve conversion rates, we prioritised designing a user-friendly, intuitive, and mobile-ready form. The process Our involvement in the project gradually expanded over time. Until the end of 2022, we worked in close cooperation with Distology Studios, and since 2023 we're solely responsible for the project. The design was created by an external agency. But as the User Experience was crucial for students to successfully complete the form, we made adjustments to make it more intuitive. Once the design was ready, we focused on building the front-end solution, without incorporating a database or login functionality. After providing the form, we started to build additional features. We had a tight deadline because the client was switching off their old systems, which required this new one to work properly. In January 2023, we took over the whole project and are now solely responsible for it. It was possible because we proved our trustworthiness, skills and transparency during the previous cooperation. Hocomo contacted us to build the very first website with a custom form for sending messages directly from the website. Customers should be able to define all house parameters in the inquiry. A Polish coal mining museum sought to efficiently process digitized historical documents. To address this, we created an AI-powered system in three weeks to automatically identify potential research topics. The system uses AI algorithms and natural language processing to extract and cluster relevant information from the documents. The final output includes a web application for browsing topics and a comprehensive Excel report with detailed source references. Ultimately, the system streamlines the research process by automating topic extraction and providing curated results to the museum's researchers.

Skydreamer is a mobile app designed to connect travelers, enabling them to match with potential companions based on shared interests in destinations. Launched between May and July 2017 in Italy, the app transforms solitary journeys into exciting adventures, ensuring users never travel alone. Our Role Our team was brought in to finalise and correct the app before its launch. Our responsibilities included: Overhauling the existing codebase to resolve technical issues. Implementing essential features for improved performance and usability. Transitioning from repairs to a complete redevelopment to meet tight deadlines. Took over the project management. Results The app empowered users to: Create trips and invite friends through social platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. Vote on destinations using a unique swiping mechanism. Communicate through real-time chat. Access a flight booking system and store tickets within the app. Additional features included a map view, push notifications, and Facebook login for easy access. Skydreamer proved to be a comprehensive travel planning and communication platform, showcasing our ability to deliver quality solutions under pressure. The client & the app Intelligent Health Ltd.'s goal was to make street games digital and, therefore, more accessible, interactive and pleasant, and they have entrusted us with developing a mobile app from scratch to fulfil this vision. Our role and involvement The app was to allow logged-in users to collect points using their mobile only when reaching defined destinations. It was also meant to be a portable access point for every participant with traditional magnetic cards. The goal was to make participation easier and open to anyone. Although there was a BTS landing page before, it only allowed users to check the number of points they collected. We had to rebuild it to bring a mobile app's functionality to the web. We had to ensure that people who don’t want to use the mobile app will have access to the same features (except a portable checking point). The process The project required a precise localization tracking solution without draining the device's battery, which we achieved through a proof of concept and optimization. After MVP testing and improvements, the fully-featured app was released in March 2023, leading to numerous street games being hosted using the BTS mobile app. Results Now, it allows users to collect points, monitor their scores and achievements, and offer assistance in finding checkpoint locations. Additionally, transportation is monitored to permit only specific travel methods between points (riding a car is forbidden). The mobile app allows you to enhance gamification by adding the possibility of collecting gems. Those are randomly placed on the map and revealed when users are closed enough. We’ve built a mobile app for Trava that makes trip planning easier. Users invite friends and family, create a trip and vote for activities and places they want to visit. Based on that, the Trava app provides a logistically optimised itinerary. When travelling, users can share their photos and videos with other users and discover new content via recommendations.
