Yogora's mission is to make the world a better place by empowering yoga teachers around the world to be able to teach yoga from home, and by creating an inspiring, educational, empowering space for yoga and other fitness students. Objective Develop the website and mobile app that allows users: • become an online yoga/fitness Instructor, set up a storefront, schedule classes and earn money for online teaching, • find online instructors, learn details they shared on storefronts, book and attend their online classes. Yogora uses the Stripe payment system. Solution 1. Business analysis (describe in details client's requirements, specify key features for v.1 release, itemize estimation and duration of development. 2. Design for the website and mobile app. 3. Development. It took us 3.5 months to release v.1 of the website empowered by Stripe and by Amazon as streaming engine.

Objective The main goal was to create a convenient, reliable, and simple platform for paper-trading management that can provide quick integration with trading activity, portfolio trading analysis to save time and money. Solution We delivered a system that can simulate a trading performance, make trading portfolio analysis, and import/export user data to csv. Now we are working on an integration with different US-based brokers for synchronization of the data of the user trading activity.

UK-based investment portfolio tool which is sold as SaaS to individual investors in order to increase their portfolio efficiency, calculate the current risk-levels and find a way to diversify them. Objective To create a clean and simple platform for portfolio management that wouldn't be confusing and can be used by investors of any level of experience. Solution We produced a system which has a wizard for choosing the level of investor. Based on the level we propose different risk and diversification strategies. The platform is integrated with different UK-based brokers for synchronization of the data of the investment accounts.

Objective To create a calling solution which would work with a prepayment model and would allow the consultants to monetize their working time in an efficient way. Solution Syntech software integrated Twilio as the most complex and robust vendor of audio/video calling solutions and chat messaging tools and Stripe as the payment gateway for getting pre-payment for the consultations to get the MVP which would allow one-on-one conversations.
Adamant is a Ukrainian industrial company that produces specialized and non-standard equipment, sophisticated technical products, and spare parts for imported equipment. Objective Automate their production process. Creating a system with the following functionality: machine load statistics, employee performance monitoring, supply department procurement planning, production speed calculation. Solution Our development team visited the production and analyzed their existing (manual) system. Then we developed several ways to automate their workflows and approved one of them before starting development. As a result, we've created a bespoke ERP system that provides control the movement of materials, monitors the efficiency of machines and employees, analyzes the stock balances of spare parts, and also predicts production speed.
