America alone contributed close to 250 million metric tons of waste each year which is also the highest of all the countries. Waste generation is a growing problem of the modern world and a solution has to be in place. RTI International, a globally recognized nonprofit, took it upon itself to help the environment with a virtual waste management system. It sought assistance in developing an automated web-based Municipal Solid Waste Decision Support Tool (MSW DST). However, there were some necessary aspects that we had to overcome The solution required a revamp of both the front and back ends. We moved the application away from VB.NET and adopted ASP.NET to render a smooth flow of function and enhanced overall performance. Using jQuery, HTML, and JavaScript, we were able to tweak the front end to be simple and user-friendly. Overall, operational efficiency grew, and a centralized workflow was put in place.
Business Objective We collaborated with one of the world's leading advertising and media companies to help them streamline their collection of applications and deliver a one-stop solution to their content management style. The company required a streamlined content management system that reduced manual dependency and provided a robust storage system for static data. Finding a CMS solution that worked across all their applications was our primary concern. Business Solution Understanding our client’s immediate demands, we developed a step-by-step solution. Via an open-source CMS platform - Strapi, we curated a centralized system to store and manage data across applications. Caching was also an issue to which we used Redis Cache to reduce the data latency of static data. A fallback solution was also delivered rendering the entire ecosystem of the CMS system secure and fast-paced.
The pandemic forced a lot of businesses to bring about revolutionary changes into their workflow, including Tax Magic. We helped this Canada-based Chartered Accounting firm shift their entire business process of helping clients fill and file taxes online. We approached Tax Magic with a three-step solution that was divided into Client, Sub Admin, and Admin Levels. With a front end that was easy to navigate for the client and a backend where sub-admins could receive notifications, check and verify forms in a systematic manner — we helped Tax Magic get online. We also added several layers of security and rendered the system user-friendly both for sub-admins and clients.
HelloMaaS, a Netherlands-based company that helps businesses and freelancers channelize their marketing efforts, wanted to expand their services with new features based on the customer feedback. We helped them streamline their processes and created a solution that met all their online needs. We developed new modules, including a Playbook that provided a comprehensive view of packages and audits to the visitors and an exclusive dashboard with Happy for enrolled customers. Fine-tuned existing modules — Packages and Alerts. Overall, the existing Hello MaaS system was tweaked to enrich the user experience with additional features for both, customer and website visitors.
Health Secure wanted to reinstate the flawed record-keeping and monitoring techniques employed by prisons in the United States. In an increasingly advanced and tech-heavy world, the processes these correctional facilities followed were medieval. We partnered with Health Secure and understood their need but to build an automated cloud-based EMR (Electronic Health Record) system we had to break down the existing processes and re-establish new measures. Employing the latest trends in technology and automation, we devised both a streamlined backend that could process and store data, categorize it and provide much-needed privacy. On the front end, we helped health care workers at these prisons with a versatile view of their inmate's health care status via a comprehensive dashboard. From generating new reports to scheduling patient appointments, everything was now just a few clicks away.
In a global market dominated by online payments, merchants are on the receiving side of the high cost of transactions. BIM sought a helping hand in developing a comprehensive system that brought transaction costs down and helped merchants with a dashboard that made online payment management effortless. The Successive Digital team worked in two parallels mainly — transactions and enrolment. Where, on the one hand, we restricted the existing User Interface of BIM to render it more merchant friendly, the backed team, on the other hand, developed a secure and fraud-proof system with various third-party API integrations. Transaction tracking and content management were some of the many tools that were added making the overall system personalized and tailored to merchant needs.
JCI Mobile wanted to develop an application that helped its employees view critical data on the go. It was named iLEAP, and we helped JCI Mobile reinstate it with complete automacy via a mobile interface. We reworked the existing modules of iLEAP and developed new ones, namely Newsletters and Pricing. With a responsive mobile application, employees could effortlessly check crucial information via tools like Container Pricing and Order Tracking. Admins, on the other hand, were now able to send multiple newsletters inside the organization with just a few clicks. Information was more disposable thanks to the application. In the end, overall employee performance grew, and information transformation was streamlined.
Innovative queue management was an idea to help people and F&B owners eliminate the possibility of waiting outside or around a restaurant, art gallery, or other queue demanding to book seats. We functioned it into a working UI by designing and executing a virtual queue management system interface for customers, vendors, and over-the-counter employees. We assisted Clever Queue with a comprehensive solution that functioned at three distinct levels. Customers could use the UI to register and enter a virtual queue, vendors registered their business, and On-site employees also had access to move customers from in queue to next up and seated.
