Our client came up with one liner to us on how they want to digitally transform B2B health tech space in SEA. Idea was to build doctor-patient communication platform along with simplified medicine procurement, online health checks and data analytics through digital health by partnering with enterprises to provide one stop healthcare solutions to their employees. Managing employee records, integrating with insurance providers, creating analytics to help employers and insurers to better manage the employees were some of the key pointers of the requirement. Data security, managing load, building a robust digital queue system for patients were some of the initial technological challenges. Some of the highlights of the engagement- - Strategised the complete tech plan along with helping our client nail their investor pitch from the technology standpoint - Architected the whole platform and kept the whole process agile until product started scaling - Incorporated best security and devops practices considering it is an healthcare application handling huge amounts of sensitive health data of the patients - Pitched to enterprises along with our customer outlining the security measures we had taken from the application perspective. Acted as outsourced CTO's attending every enterprise prospect calls of our customer to help them win business - Once PMF was found, scaled up the infrastructure to manage the increased load. Handled over 100k concurrent requests without a glitch wrt both audio and video consultation - Built a machine learning team to build models to help customer support teams to connect patients with doctors at 98% accuracy. Also utilised models to better architect queueing systems to reduce average waiting time by 80% - Combined healthcare with data and AI technology to provide best in class preventive and therapeutic healthcare platform for SEA - Created a micro-service architecture to help manage the scale
