They frequently work with Power BI, which is an excellent data visualization product, but it has considerable security flaws when sharing information. Therefore, our client contacted us with their main requirement: to help them resolve their security issues. Since they didn't have their own engineering team, we assembled a development unit for them with a front-end engineer, a back-end engineer, and a technical lead. Our main task was to create a multi-tenant product that would grant certain individuals access to data during a specific time range. We've developed a platform that grants BI reports delivery to the end user. Additionally, we've assembled an easy-to-use security unit, which allows administrators to track access and effortlessly change any settings. Thanks to our background with similar projects and our advanced Power BI and Azure knowledge, we successfully delivered this project within the allotted time frame.

Their management team decided to advance the check-in and check-out process of Trojan Safety employees at work locations. We started our development journey by analyzing requirements and critical needs. Our primary challenge was to develop a piece of software that would support offline mode but still store the information needed for tracking the workforce. Before development, we created cutting-edge architecture and also offered UI designs. This application was integrated with systems such as RFID,3g, and LoRa to create an automatic sign-in, sign-out, and headcount during emergencies. Also, we've developed functionalities for administrators so that they could configure personnel and jobs and monitor users' activity using powerful live reports. Within tight time frames, we managed to deliver everything on time and ready for production.

The partnership was challenging but beneficial for both parties, with Reenbit gaining proficiency in the energy industry and becoming an essential driver of eClou's growth.

As their business grew, they needed an internal portal for managing those licenses. Fotopia team contacted Reenbit with a request for a license solution estimation and provided some materials from their previous contractors. Upon thorough investigation, we noticed that the provided materials needed to be improved and decided to offer an opportunity to conduct discovery before starting any further development. As a result, we delivered a comprehensive document with an architectural concept, technical proposal, development requirements, and UX foundations for further development.

Reenbit offered a practical and complex solution that aimed to digitize the manual process of preparing documents required in entities of marine transportation. The solution involved creating a software platform connected to a local server based on the ship that could work offline and upload information to the Azure cloud when the boat entered the internet access area. Reenbit provided WMC with a sophisticated document featuring development stages, solution architecture, sprints, stories, wireframes, estimates, and front and back-end development plans. The discovery phase helped WMC understand the challenges and provided them with a plan on what to do next and the costs involved.

Even though NRC has their own internal software development unit, they eventually faced a critical need to expand engineering capacity. The immediate aim was to fully develop a Community Coordination Toolbox using NRC Azure DevOps tools. This project was to be built from scratch, meaning we provided NRC with full-cycle development services. Since Microsoft is one of our client's sponsors and grants them software licenses, we chose Azure as our central technology. No previous UI had been developed aside from some initial wireframes, so we also offered our support in sketching up the final design. Essentially, we created a web-based resource available for the public. As a result, users received an easy-to-use interface with clearly sorted chapters of information, ready-to-view and download documents, and intelligent search. The site is available in 3 languages. Additionally, we've developed a straightforward admin portal for uploading and managing information.

Initially, we began with isolated tasks, such as developing a notification system that reminded users about bookings and included an automatic notice email system. In the second stage of our partnership, Reenbit engineered a system for booking rooms, including creating and configuring rooms at the administrator part and importing&exporting systems. We also developed synchronization of booking systems with Google and Outlook calendars, helped with the development of car space management, equipment administration systems, and Covid-related service features. As a result of our collaboration, the Cloudbooking team achieved rapid development and reached delivery goals on time.
