REPLUG is a Berlin-based 360° app marketing consulting agency. It aims to help mobile-first and traditional companies launch, scale, and optimize their mobile app growth through transparent and actionable frameworks. The company was founded in 2020 by two AdTech veterans, Luca Mastrorocco and Lorenzo Rossi. With a combined experience of over 18 years in the mobile marketing industry, the agency quickly gained traction in the mobile space by working with internationally well-known brands and winning multiple awards. Our objective is to enable our partners to identify the best and most effective way to grow their mobile business. By providing customized app growth strategies through consultancy, ASO, paid marketing, CRM and retention, creative design, tracking and analytics, and OEM marketing.
The BILD News team was looking to identify any new additional opportunity that organic traffic would create for the app. Our team focused on professionalizing the App Store presence in iOS and Android stores, creating a long-term strategy with high impact for the app with ASO, and enabling BILD's internal team to take over activities at the end of the project. First, our ASO team performed an in-depth ASO audit of both Store Pages, focusing on identifying opportunities based on market and competitors' research. After that, our team consistently optimized and suggested improvements for both Product Pages over four months while transferring knowledge to the internal team. Ultimately, our ASO specialists reviewed the weekly performance to boost further organic visibility and CVR. They delivered detailed reports with actionable insights, all with ongoing iterations and a holistic approach to app growth. Impactful results include: 1. 9.2% increase in organic CVR on iOS 2. 18 new keywords in the top ten results 3. 345 new keywords ranked overall
While Winelivery was experiencing massive growth due to widespread lockdown in the country, the team faced the challenge of engaging it in the right way its audience. The CRM strategy implemented had an immediate uplift in engagement but also resulted in users flowing down the conversion funnel from registration to repeated purchases seamlessly. With several automated journeys planned to take users from one action to another, we achieved an increase in 1st purchase of 24.7% and repeated purchases of 18.5%. At the same time, we defined together with the Winelivery team a strategy to increase the referral rate so as to increase the users' LTV. With a redesign of the app UX and additional fixes, the increase has been up to 28.8%.
With a clear plan of dominating the Vietnamese market and approaching Vietnamese people living abroad, together with REPLUG’s team, they laid out a long-term strategy that focused on testing and scaling specific channels and concepts. They are ranked #1 in both iOS and Android book categories. Our mission was to identify the best-performing paid channels, correctly set up the MMP with regard to iOS 14 and data tracking, and reduce the cost of acquisition per subscribed user. First, our team worked closely with Fonos to correctly set up their MMP (Appsflyer), with special attention to the SKAN integration, to create as much transparency as possible in data reading and analysis. Then, thanks to our Paid UA Framework, our team reviewed past activities and creative assets and defined the best strategy to scale performance and media budget 5x over 12 months. We methodically tested different acquisition channels, new audiences, and new targeting options for the best results. Ultimately, to increase the paid campaign conversion rates, we helped Fonos optimize different areas not directly related to paid UA, which helped decrease the final CPA. Moreover, with a data-driven approach, our BI team built a comprehensive reporting system that tracked all the crucial metrics, allowing both teams to take actions weekly based on data. Impactful results include: 1. 45% decrease in CPI 2. 20.5% decrease in total CPA 3. 299% increase in paying users
