Our client, a leading mobile operator, faced a crucial challenge—to captivate a young audience. Capturing the attention and loyalty of the 25-35 ages segment was critical for their long-term growth and sustainability. To address this issue, Plavno was entrusted with the task of creating a completely unique portal, characterized by both exceptional visual components and diverse software solutions, which allowed to create unique proposals to this audience. Key features include: Advanced filtering system users can easily find the perfect product that matches their desired brand, price range, and specifications. Personalized Commerce Users have the flexibility to choose their preferred method of purchase and payment, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Personal accounts management The user's personal account is seamlessly integrated as a third-party React application. All data is synchronized in real-time with the operator's processing system. This enables users to easily manage their accounts, explore connected services, add new or remove existing ones. Internal CRM All information about the goods sold gets into the company's CRM. The system collects primary information about orders and then provides managers with statistics about the number of transactions, the amount of orders and their status.

Customer required an app, main core concept of which is to help customers to wash & clean their clothes based on geolocation. Customers leave their stuff in some place and when it`s washed up they take it back by courier or theirselves in predefined place. Additionally customer wanted to have different user roles. Plavno developed the backend and frontend architecture: scalable React Native application based on a dynamic data from administration panel using contentful, specially designed custom integration with printing system using native technologies for BLM connection, AWS based scalable server, chat service between application users and administration panel.
