Developed from scratch, the site offers agents tools to dynamically customize pages, track leads, and boost their online presence. We also enhanced the platform’s application for seamless performance across both areas. Overview of an application Trygg is a risk management and incident reporting mobile application designed to enhance the safety of field staff and aid coordination for security managers. Built for use in unstable or high-risk environments, it ensures real-time connectivity and rapid response through features like location tracking, incident alerts, and emergency escalation tools. Challenges Security managers often face difficulty maintaining consistent communication with staff working in remote or volatile areas. Delays in reporting incidents, lack of real-time location tracking, and limited options during connectivity loss made it hard to respond effectively during emergencies. Additionally, there was a need for an organized system to log, categorize, and respond to a variety of on-ground incidents. What Team Mallow did? Built a real-time incident reporting system through a mobile app to help field staff instantly notify security managers during emergencies. Developed GPS-enabled tracking to let managers monitor user locations and suggest safe routes using Mapbox integration. Implemented a "Panic Mode" that captures live audio and sends priority alerts until the situation is resolved. Designed a predefined list of incident types to simplify and standardize user reporting. Project Overview The KVB E-Book app was developed as a green initiative by Karur Vysya Bank to provide customers with a seamless, paperless platform for managing non-financial banking transactions. The app enabled users to access account details including deposits, loans, utilities, service requests, and more—anytime and from anywhere. With an intuitive tab-based interface, users could navigate between different banking sections and retrieve up-to-date information with ease. Challenges Karur Vysya Bank aimed to enhance customer convenience without compromising on security. The main challenges involved ensuring secure login mechanisms, providing a comprehensive yet user-friendly interface, integrating various banking modules such as rewards, alerts, and insurance, and enabling real-time notifications across devices. Additionally, the app had to cater to varied customer segments such as senior citizens and premium users, offering them dedicated support features. What Team Mallow did? Implemented secure login with MPIN and device-based authentication. Designed a tab-based UI for easy access to banking modules.
