Client Swap Swap facilitates exchanges between native Dutch-speaking (Flemish) and French-speaking (Walloon) high school students. The goal is to improve students’ language skills in a playful manner. Challenge Learning a language is difficult, let alone if there are poor circumstances or a lack of oversight. Swap Swap reached out to Lizard Global to develop an online platform where students could meet each other and where parents could have oversight every step of the way. Solution The platform that Lizard Global and Swap Swap developed allows parents and students to make a conscious decision about who to exchange with. Students and parents create a family account with which they can look for students that match their interests. All while protecting privacy-sensitive information.
The BMN Connect app offers a full service measurement and task management tool to building companies and contractors. Using the app, the user is able to measure and order new products for the entire house: from new kitchen, to isolation, doors, building materials and more.
WAPA/Proteus Risk Solutions is a maritime insurance broker, currently insuring more than 100 off-shore vessels against risks of war, theft, and damages caused by ice or other external factors. The web platform provides users with real-time tracking technologies, proactively tracking vessels, voyages, and HRA’s (High Risk Areas), in order to estimate the exposure to theft or damages. Challenge Lizard Global provides the client with real-time tracking technologies by means of an AIS (Automatic Identification System). The AIS tracks the vessel through satellites and provides information through an API. This information consists of a unique identity (IMO) number of the vessel, together with the position, course, and speed of that vessel. Solution On the WAPA/Proteus desktop platform, users can login to see the status of their vessel’s current location, velocity, and direction, which consist of three colours: green (clear of any risks and recently tracked), orange (possibility to enter an HRA within 24 hours), and red (currently inside an HRA, or not being tracked for more than 24 hours). Users of the platform can manage and edit their policies, fleet, risk zones, map and list view, vessels, daily digest, and voyages within the War Additional Premium Application interface. Brunott is a Dutch retailer that deals in luxurious, high-end jewellery and watches, with two physical stores in Rotterdam. Brunott wanted to efficiently track of their clients’ purchasing behaviour and preferences in an efficient way without interfering with the privacy of its users. Centralising data to create more overview for retail employees and managers, saving time and money. By using Salesforce as a CRM-system, we were able to automatise and optimise their existing digital customer relations. Brunott is now better able to offer personalised service, adding significant value to customer experiences. The Client Transvision provides transportation solutions. One of their core services is to provide door-to-door transportation services that allow users to use Transvision for organizing and executing a trip that requires multiple means, such as taxi and public transport (bus/metro/taxi). With this core service, they specialize in helping the less-abled meet their mobility needs. The Challenge After the MaaS solution of VaxiTaxi, transporting people from their homes to COVID-19 vaccination centers and back, Transvision shifted its focus to a more general need: transport to and from train stations in The Netherlands. By taking over the existing solution of NS-Zonetaxi. The Solution The solution of OV.Taxi is a replacement solution for NS-Zonetaxi, transporting people from their doorstep to NS stations and back. People can easily and efficiently book their rides on the OV.taxi website, accessible on all devices.
The Tracker Apps team is comprised of educational experts with a passion for supporting student agencies through self-awareness. They achieve this by providing feedback to students and teachers to develop their skills and curriculum implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. The IB’s Diploma Programme (DP) requires schools to properly record, evidence, and report the skills that students are honing. Students should service learning with the development of learner profile attributes and approaches to learning skills (ATLs): there should be one coherent platform to realize this. Through two products, Skill Tracker and Service Tracker, students are encouraged to individually track ATL skill development and record service learning plans, activities, reflections, and experiences. Teachers can easily track student progress, students take ownership of their ATL skill development.

The organization was founded in 2010, in the Boston Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and is an independent non-profit organization. Venture Café Rotterdam is the first European expansion. One of Venture Cafe’s main activities takes place during their weekly networking event on Thursdays. However, they were seeking ways to extend their reach and provide additional value to visitors of Venture Cafe -both online and in person. Lizard Global developed a web application through which companies can place vacancies for free, which can be found by talents looking for a job. The mobile and desktop application allows employers to efficiently upload job offers and lets job seekers search and select jobs that fit their desired criteria.
River Cruise App is a ready-to-use mobile application that instantly adds value to your boat trips on Europe’s most iconic rivers. Offline available audio guides make cruising over European rivers better with narration, fitting music and sound effects. River Cruise App recognises the hassle that comes with organising a trip. They wanted to create an app that would bring together everything you need for a trip to go well, from history and culture to personal tips and fun facts. Lizard Global re-designed the existing app by implementing new features, like authentification, geofencing, a location-based audioguide, chat function, notice board, travel wallet, feedback options, a photo feature, and offline feature. There’s no chance you’ll get bored during your next trip on the most beautiful waterways of Europe.
The platform of ebol. provides its users with the possibility to apply for loans for small- and mid-enterprise (SME) markets. Ebol. wants to facilitate the process of SMEs to come in contact with financial providers, and compare their products and offers with minimal effort and optimal results. Lizard Global developed a platform on which financial providers and SMEs can register and find each other. The platform is based on a matchmaking principle, where both parties can create and edit their profile, search for and compare their preferred products.
The Client Clear Vision Cooling (CVC) is a company fabricating commercial refrigeration doors, LEDs, and profiles using their own smart factory. These products are similar to the ones you would find in your local grocery store’s cooling section. The factory is almost completely autonomous and controlled by a dozen self-driving robots. The Challenge Currently, a Production Manager (PM) uses an Excel-spreadsheet to plan and arrange the orders for the factory lines. This is cumbersome, slow, non-scalable, and prone to errors. Furthermore, as the factory offers just-in-time products, managing the planning is manual and prone to errors as priorities shift continuously. Our Solution The goal of the CVC Dashboard is to provide a planning dashboard which gives the Production Manager insight into the current and upcoming factory orders (primary and secondary orders), which they can schedule and adjust in order to make the factory optimally efficient, meet CVC’s customer order needs, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Perpetual Memorial Services is ambitious to use digital technologies to grow within the current market. Their current problem is the absence of a structured roadmap that facilitates a phased approach to the growth of their brand. Lizard Global partnered up with Perpetual Memorial Services to integrate E-Commerce CRM with the goal of offering a new digital challenge for future sales and starting a multilevel marketing approach as well as implementing Service Facilitation Software with the purpose of disrupting the industry with cutting-edge technology that enhances the funeral service event management and selling process in the country.

Their viable energy container is mainly focused on the maritime industry but also provides a unique solution for on-shore situations like events, venues, construction sites, and disaster areas Together with Skoon, we created the Skoon Cloud platform in order to create insight into all battery and energy usage and logistics. The platform provides clean data visualizations and flawless communication between owners and users of energy storage, all to provide large-scale deployment of mobile and clean energy on demand.
The Client Suspicious Antwerp is an Antwerp-based lifestyle streetwear company that offers unisex clothes internationally via its own website. Philipe Libert and Frederik Janssens started the company in 2017 as part of a project during their studies at the University of Antwerp. The Challenge Suspicious Antwerp only used to have a webshop, but not a mobile app. E-commerce platforms that do not offer a mobile app might not provide the full experience to their customers. After all, the world is moving towards mobile, mobile apps are faster than web apps, and they offer greater functionality as they have access to system resources. The Solution The solution of Suspicious Antwerp consists of a mobile e-commerce application for iOS and Android. With this application, Suspicious Antwerp can place its full brand experience in the pockets of its customers.

Challenges Foot care is always a low priority for people but one of the core causes of health complaints. Feet Clinic strives to help members by providing preventative information, access to purchase specialized foot-related products, and connect with specialists - none of which is readily available in the marketplace currently. Solutions Together with Feet Clinic, Lizard Global developed the platform in which members are guided in assessing and finding information about medical conditions. Description ImagineDish is a company that recognized that the best memories with friends and family are made over a meal. They should be remembered forever and ImagineDish has an innovative way to capture and keep your most delicious memories. Challenges ImagineDish realized that currently there is no app where you can see real pictures of real food at restaurants and get recommendations from your friends about where to go and eat. Many apps focus on large groups of reviews as opposed to providing recommendations and reviews from your friends - who know you best. Solutions We provided an iOS app that allows a user to check out what is nearby to discover great restaurants and dishes, follow their foodie-friends, view their stories in an easy-to-understand overview; and share their own experiences. A successfully completed MVP was delivered to the client which lets the user capture photos, filter based on custom filters and create their own food diaries. These stories can be shared among their group of friends within the application.

Challenge With the increasing popularity of flexworking, workers also grow further apart. To encourage social interaction, there needs to be a platform that lets flex-workers come together in coworking spaces. Solution Flexpackerz is a mobile application that shows you nearby flex working spaces, with a chat function so that you can connect with others and work together. With Flexpackers, you turn the entire world in your office.
Together with Lion & Lion, Lizard Global created a platform driven by gamification that results in loyalty and rewards by earning Points & "Koins". Points are used for leaderboards and "koins" can be used to buy vouchers and products that were connected to Merchants for whom we built a redemption platform based on QR codes. The main target was to engage with the users via the platform, to ultimately push them towards the merchants at onsite locations or purchasing products/services online. Status-K showcases the optimized impact of gamification and Loyalty & Rewards on user engagement with a ground-breaking mobile application in which users can compete for coins in various districts.

GrowTribe Solutions conceptualized, designed and developed a web- and mobile platform that connects individual growth with general performance targets set by an organization. The solution consists of two modules: Growth Tracker and Performance Tracker. Both are integrated into one application to enable performance-based learning and growth. The application provides a way for organizations to track the progress of individuals, teams, and organizational competency growth and performance. The GrowTribe’s tracker application is available as a mobile application and web application. The web application is a role-based platform where objectives and KPIs can be set, assigned and tracked.
The BIG Will Group of companies has several subsidiaries, which are operating internationally in South America, Europe and the USA. All subsidiaries are independent operating entities in the food industry. In many countries, cash is the most preferred payment method. This creates a high dependency on how you carry cash (bills & coins) which could complicate the payments. This is partly because some countries’ financial infrastructure is not ready for a transformation towards digital payments. Together with the client of GWAP, Lizard Global developed a web- and mobile application that allows various types of users, such as merchants and consumers, to perform online transactions of various currencies.

The clients of The Better Sudoku combined their knowledge and power to create a sudoku application that beats all current sudoku apps on the market with innovative functionalities and a modern design. Currently, there are quite a few Sudoku applications on the market. However, most of those applications have old-school designs and functions, limited amounts of puzzles, the application is not being updated with new content, or are packed with annoying ads. Together with the clients of The Better Sudoku, we designed and developed a cutting-edge sudoku application, allowing users to solve puzzles without ads, purchase premium subscriptions and scan hard-copy sudoku puzzles to play them on their mobile phone.
Description Aposto is a company that is working on bettering the onboarding, briefing, and knowledge transfer of key safety and event information from event/location to employee. Aposto aims to realise this through an adequate platform, easily accessible and internalisable by employees. Challenges Staging/Event Managers struggle to make sure that employees assigned to their events are properly trained and retain the information they are given to ensure a pleasant experience by the guests. Temporary employees are solely given short fact sheets or a verbal briefing when their shift starts. Solutions Lizard Global created the platform for staging/event managers to clearly identify, disseminate and track knowledge that needs to be transferred to employees. The results of the knowledge prepares employees for their event-day experiences, and helps managers in hiring/promotion decisions. By tracking the knowledge of individual employees with Aposto, it was possible to make more accurate and unbiased decisions regarding promotion and hiring. Aposto’s platform enabled staging/event managers to clearly identify, disseminate and track the knowledge that needs to be transferred to employees.
