Our client aimed to develop a service that offered qualified psychological assistance in the Federal Republic of Germany. The project aimed to offer confidential online access to professional psychological assistance. An MVP version of the application has been developed by another team and launched in production. Later on it turned out that the team was unable to support it. BlitzBrain was approached by the client with a very challenging request: without the contact with the previous team to obtain understanding of the code, provide ongoing support for the web application, complete the development of the mobile application, and then continue to work on improvements to the entire suite. The project's complexity was the complete absence of technical and business documentation, as well as the inability to transfer knowledge from the previous team. Despite this, we decided to take on the responsibility of completing this project. Our specialists had to dive into the tasks quickly since the marketing campaign had already been launched, and users were facing problems while using the service.
Our client is a global IT firm that specializes in software development for small and medium-sized businesses. To streamline the work processes of their marketing and sales departments, they utilize an internal CRM system called Odoo. However, when using version 8, the team spent a significant amount of time manually processing incoming messages. Managers communicated via various messengers, so transferring all correspondence to the CRM system was a laborious task. Additionally, there was no way to monitor activities, such as tracking which messages were sent, how frequently, and to whom.
The Client approached us with a very high level vision of the application. The client already had the website in the same domain but serving different business goals. We were contracted for the finalization and extension, and further technical support of the site. The client had only a vision of what the application should provide from a business standpoint. There were no functional requirements, documents, or mock-ups.
The Client contacted us to help him improve the functionality of the product. Our team analyzed the scope of work and provided the Client with the correct timeline. The complexity of the project was the incompleteness of the technical documentation. The project’s goal was to improve and finalize the system a product - an HR software module responsible for posting vacancies within the company and managing human resources using machine learning. Therefore, the solution had the opportunity to leverage the most advanced knowledge graph of jobs, skills, training, and labor market intelligence.
Our client specializes in the development of advanced CAD/CAM solutions for the sheet metal industry. They decided to make a new extension to their application for modeling of patterns used to produce shapes made of sheet metal. It should be a component to visually create the pattern and then send geometry into the existing engine which generates the CNC program. The main requirement was a user-friendly interface that would allow even an untrained specialist to get the desired result. The software should follow the customer's internal coding standards and data formats in order to be integrated into existing large application. The customer did not have exact functional requirements. They pointed us to the existing similar application asking to create “something like this”.

They use advanced technologies to extract meaningful data and analyze it to provide companies with decision-making information. Additionally, the client has created a community where users can ask questions and receive answers from other experts.
Our client is a bank that specializes in cutting-edge financial services for both individual and corporate clients who have requested a service to improve their operations. The bank took pride in an impressive array of information systems and a corporate data warehouse, but over time grew concerned about the quality of the data contained within. Furthermore, only a select few technical specialists from the service organization (contractor) had access to the existing repository and primary data sources, leaving business users to rely on intermediaries to obtain necessary data sets. This resulted in a significant increase in labor costs due to the numerous intermediate links in the process.
Due to an influx of information, the system was no longer meeting the customer's needs. Initially, the warehouse collected information from a single source, but daily collection and processing took over 16 hours. In addition, the client company manually collected and compiled data from three different sources to create reports used for managerial decision making. The task of creating the weekly reports was performed by three analysts over a three-day period.
