When AMZ DOC started working on this project, the monthly sales were $60K in May 2019. Sales for the month of May.After assuming responsibility, we initiated a comprehensive market analysis and devised a plan to optimize the listings by incorporating highly pertinent and widely searched keywords into the content. We improved the quality of info graphics by ensuring that they aligned with our brand theme and updated A+ content. A detailed plan spanning several months was formulated, and implemented. After working for 30 days on this project, the sales were increased by $5,000 in the month of June 2019. The sales of the month of June 2019 ended with the Figure of $65,077.70.After that the sales of this brand kept on increasing and touching new heights with every passing Month, e.g. in July the sales went up by $13K in the month. As it can be seen in the snap attached, Gross sales in July 2019 went up to $73,471.01.In August the graph of the sales again increased by the amount of $2,000 and the month was closed at the round figure of $75K.In September 2019, most of the inventory went Out of Stock and despite having limited stocks, we were able to maintain our sales and achieve growth, as evidenced in the screenshot attached. This is a testament to our ability to effectively manage our inventory and fulfill customer demand even during times of supply constraints. We remain committed to ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and products, and will continue to optimize our inventory management strategies to support the business growth of the projects we manage. $72,264.65 worth items were sold which was $12K more than the initial sale of the account.Oct 2019: This was the period when Sales were once again increased when inventory was properly maintained. This underscores the critical role of inventory management in driving sales growth and improving business performance. The figure illustrates $80K sales with $20K increase in sales. November 2019: Our strategic initiatives have been instrumental in improving our sales performance since day one. By leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and data analytics, we were able to identify key areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to drive sales growth. These initiatives included product innovation, pricing optimization, customer engagement, and supply chain optimization. This helped us catching a net sale of USD 30,000 more than the initial figure and we ended up hitting a high amount of USD 90,000.December 2019: This wasn’t the end, we did not stop there and we kept of working with determination and committed to our Plan of Action. Due to which we hit an all-time high figure of that year and closed the month, also the year with the sales of $157K in the holiday season.In Jan 2020 i.e. after working for 6 months, we closed the month with sales that were three times more than the amount when we started working on this project. We closed the month at $614K sales; this indicates that the project has been successful in generating greater revenue, which is a positive sign for the business. The project had been successful in achieving significant sales growth over a period of 6 months.Year 2020: The total sales for the US market for the entire year amounted to $1.7 million. These improvements were not only achieved in the US market, we also carried the same growth ratio in the CA and UK marketplaces too.Year 2021: The following attachment elaborates the figures for the first 3 months of the Spend and Sales generated via Amazon Advertisement termed as PPC (Pay per Click) Advertisement. We managed to grab 8,242 orders with the affordable ACOS of 16% Approx. Year 2021: During the year 2021, our sales were impacted by the suspension of our Amazon account. As a result of the suspension, we experienced a significant decline in sales compared to the previous year. While we were eventually able to restore our account and resume selling on Amazon, the period of suspension had a lasting impact on our sales figures. In total, our sales for the year were down by $800K or so as compared to the previous year. Moving forward, we recognize the importance of diversifying our sales channels and ensuring that we are proactive about monitoring our account health on Amazon.Year 2022: Despite experiencing a decline in sales on Amazon in the previous year, we are pleased to report that our sales figures recovered significantly in the following year. After addressing the issues that led to the account suspension and taking steps to improve our product listings and diversify our sales channels, we were able to achieve sales of up to 1.5 million in the year. This represents an almost 2x increase in sales compared to the previous year and highlights our ability to adapt to challenges and recover from setbacks. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor our sales channels closely and take proactive steps to mitigate risks and optimize our performance.December 2022: In 2022, we achieved a major milestone in our sales performance by generating sales of over 200K dollars in a single month for the first time. It is more than a $100,000 than the revenue which was generated one year ago in the same period of time.January 2023: We are excited to report that our sales performance continued to grow in 2023, building on the successes of the previous year. In 2022, we achieved a major milestone by generating sales of over 200K dollars ($235,745) in a single month for the first time. This achievement highlighted our continued growth and success, and we are pleased to report that our momentum carried over into 2023. In fact, in the first month of 2023, we were able to surpass our previous record and generate even more sales, totaling $236,532.47. As you can see, our lifetime ACOS is 22.07%, which has helped us maintain profitability while increasing sales over time. We have been able to achieve a steady increase in sales with controlled spending.
We initiated work on this Project in January 2019 with $1.3K in monthly sales and saw significant growth within 90 days of our intervention. By April 2019, sales reached $13.5K, marking a $12K increase. With strategic planning and ongoing optimization, August 2019 sales soared to $23.9K, a remarkable $22K surge. Despite logistical challenges in late 2019, we closed December at $13.6K. In 2020, meticulous optimization, PPC advertising, and efficient inventory management propelled total sales to $521K. 2021 saw a target of $1M in US sales, with monthly figures consistently exceeding $43K, resulting in $752.2K in total sales. Our 2021 success translated to $883,983.09 in US sales alone, nearly hitting $1M overall, showcasing a remarkable 78% growth from the prior year. In 2022, we set sights on $1.2M in sales from both US and Canada, ultimately achieving $1,211,920.02. In 2023, our ambitious goal is $1.8M in sales from both markets. We're currently overhauling our catalog, integrating new keywords, and leveraging Amazon features like brand stories and enhanced brand content. Q1 2023 yielded $208,961.25 in sales, a trend we expect to escalate in Q2 and Q3. Confidence abounds that we'll meet our year-end target. Our lifetime ACOS of 17.06% has ensured consistent profitability amid steady sales growth.

After 60 days, June 2021 sales increased by $5,000, reaching $29,032. Subsequently, sales consistently rose, reaching new highs monthly, e.g., October sales increased by $4k, reaching $33,230. In December, sales skyrocketed by $76k, closing at $109,250. In Q1 Jan-Mar 2022, despite most inventory going Out of Stock, we maintained sales, evidencing effective inventory management during supply constraints. We're committed to optimizing inventory management for business growth. $74,785 worth items were sold, a slight decrease from the previous quarter. Q2 saw increased sales due to well-maintained inventory, emphasizing the critical role of inventory management. Sales illustrated $131,352, a $57K increase. July-Sep 2022 showcased strategic initiatives improving sales performance, reaching $156,005. In the last Quarter of 2022, adhering strictly to our action plan, sales reached $253,724.83, a significant increment from Q3. Year 2021: Attachment details the first 3 months of Spend and Sales via Amazon PPC Advertisement. We secured 1,593 orders with an affordable ACOS of approximately 24%. From Jan-Mar 2023, after 3 months of work, monthly sales decreased compared to the previous month but were favorable compared to project commencement. Sales closed at $179,286, signifying project success in generating greater revenue. The screenshot displays all-time PPC advertisement performance. We focus on optimizing and managing PPC campaigns, maintaining a lifetime ACOS of 21.35%. This strategy ensures profitability while steadily increasing sales.
