We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Testing Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing Workday HCM modules and be capable of managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
• Participate in test planning, test data preparation, and test execution cycles
• Provide support during Workday releases and post-production validation
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders
Note: Workday certification in HCM or related modules is preferred but not required.
